Playing catch up

How many of us feel like we are constantly trying to catch up?
I say that phrase about house work, my crochet projects, and even my work.

Folks you need to know that when a clerical employee quits during the middle of a deadline the work still has to be done. I have been overwhelmed this week because our new clerical help quit this past Monday. I worry about her but I am afraid to reach out because my true feelings about her quitting are not very nice right now.

So here I sit on a Saturday morning scanning and submitting work as fast as I can.

My husband has a 3 day weekend and I feel horribly guilty about working when he is off.

Life is fleeting and I want to cherish those moments we have together. Even watching a movie at home on netflix is precious to me because we spent that time together.

Time for more coffee and back to the grind (oops I mean scanner).

Have a great weekend no matter how you spend it.
Remember to cherish those you spend it WITH. They are what matters. What memories are you making?
