Relief and Thankfulness

I am happy to report that we are completely moved out of the old residence (and out building) as of today at 1:30pm.

We are settling into our new place and adjusting to new schedules and new travel routes to work, grocery, church and other things around town.

I have always hated moving, packing and the whole mess of it all. I lived in the same house until I was 19 and got married in 1989. I know many families that move ever 3 years or so depending on where the armed services ships them. My adult children have both moved more than I have even as an adult.

Moving is stressful and can cause tempers to be high and the littlest aggravation to erupt into an argument.

Thank you for all those that prayed for us during the move. No one fell or got injured during the move and a couple of David's friends let us borrow a trailer and helped him move the big stuff.

The sense of relief is tangible because we no longer have the stress of a dishonest landlord hanging over us.

God has blessed us with a place to stay and continued to bless David with raises and increases at his job. I am blessed with 2 online businesses (PartyLite and L'BRI Pure & Natural) as well as my crochet business.

In this time of uncertainty, I implore you to reach for God, for your Bible for solace, serenity and direction. I continue to share the BIBLE lessons from Pastor Wes on my facebook page. I hope you watch them and they edify your faith. We are having in person services and I would love for you to visit us on Sunday at 11 am.

If you need assistance, please call 1-800-799-7233 and find a safe place to stay.
