Sunday has always been 'church day' for me from my days growing up and mentally, It is still the same. If I don't make it to a live service I sometimes watch a sermon on television or stream it online.
David went to Lexington today to spend the day with his son Logan and I knew I had the house to myself. I was up and sent him on his way hoping they have a good visit.
I was determined to get some chores done around the house. I started laundry before he left today and I have a few things to get ready for my team and customers as well.
We have a little container garden in the backyard with tomatoes, jalepeno peppers, banana peppers, basil and spearmint just growing like crazy. I want more hanging flower pots but hate to spend the money.
Sometime later today I will tackle my yarn pile and get it organized so I can see the colors/yarns I have on hand to plan future projects. I actually love crocheting most everything I begin. Some stitches get on my nerves and I don't tackle them again. Sometimes the yarn type/brand is not working with the pattern I had in mind. So I spend a fair amount of time on pinterest or ravelry looking for patterns and color combos.
I hope each of you have a wonderful week and do what you can for yourself and others!
