Mondays are the start of a new work week for some and a day off for others.
I have never been a fan of a Monday unless I was on vacation or it was a holiday from work.
I made some decisions last week that will change how I handle my business and even this blog.
I have taken down the facebook page related to this blog. So, If you want to continue to see the posts and keep up with me/my life, please click the subscribe button and type in your email to receive this in your email box every time a publish a new article.
I am going to use facebook to stretch and grow my businesses and keep up with my children/grandchildren and thought this might be a good way to do so.
My prayers are with the Cherry family today as they face a funeral tomorrow for their mother. She was kind to me and if life had turned differently for me, I might actually have been a part of that family at one time. (I dated the oldest brother twice in my early years and both times I broke it off because I was afraid). Thankfully, I stayed in contact with 2 of his sisters and we have re-acquainted through facebook and I am very heart-broken as they must say good-bye to their mother.
In the crochet world, this is #wipvember. That means that crocheters are encouraged to focus on finishing up partially done projects. Some participate, while others are in a mad dash to finish xmas gifts or are busily working booths to sell their yarns and blankets they have made.
I hope you stay dry and warm this week and take time to bless another person.
If you need assistance please call the domestic violence hotline at 1-800-799-7233 and they will help you get what you need.
