I hope all of you are doing well today.
If you are blessed to have today off for Memorial Day, I hope you enjoy your day off and take a moment or two to recall the meaning of this holiday.
I have to admit it feels odd not to have set foot in our local grocery store for over a month now. There were a couple of trips that David made for us, but most of the time we utilize the delivery option especially If I am not feeling like getting out of the house. If you had told me a year ago, I would be using the delivery service on a regular basis, I would have told you, "nope, not me". Well, my daughter in law Megan last summer showed me how to use insta-cart and door dash and that was the pre-cursor to all of this delivery service that I now use without thinking about it very much.
I mean I don't drive to Nashville alone unless I am going to visit Stephanie or the random trip to Michael's (arts and crafts store).
We had a bit of water works in the kitchen on Saturday afternoon. I was rinsing off the dishes and the sprayer came loose from the faucet and we had water spraying on the ceiling, walls, all over me and the floor too. We fixed it and put it back together, and mopped the floor, wiped down the walls and I enjoyed the impromptu shower since it was hot in the house at the time. LOL Sadly there is no video of this so you will have to use your imagination. I assure you it was funny and we were laughing almost as soon as it happened.
Sunday I received my Free products from my Pampered Chef Launch Party held last month. Shipping is at about 3 weeks for orders right now due to limited staff both at home office distribution center and our shipping partner FedEx. My dear David couldn't wait to see what all we got, so he insisted I open the box and pull it all out to show him. He was very pleased with the knives and gadgets and cutting board and pans we now have to add to our kitchen.
Pampered Chef has been such a blessing to me. I never imagined signing up for $19.80 would result in 3 sales rewards and fun virtual parties sharing recipes, food tips and kitchen tools. I am having fun sharing PC with my circle of friends.
Never fear, I am still going strong with PartyLite as well and have helped several friends and customers take advantage of our outlet sales and offers for the month of May. My friend Linda C. is holding a virtual party right now and only a couple days are left to order on her party as well.
My sister Julie is a Young Living Rep and is much more relaxed doing her fb live's than I am. She even gave me a shout out yesterday to promote/share my crochet shop over on ETSY.
