Lessons

Lessons can be learned any day, at any time in just about any circumstance (if you are open and willing to learn).

Lessons learned from a Breakfast Casserole:

Asking for help will not change the recipe or taste
Seasonings bring out flavors you didn't expect - Learning new things!
Having a helper with the prep work does not change the taste of the finished product
Cheese is like a blanket to make everything better
Sharing the recipe does not lessen the flavor of your food.
Chopping the sausage into very small pieces spreads the flavor throughout the dish.
Forgetting an ingredient is not the end of the world!

Cooking together can heal your wounds.

Today after talking to my sister for an hour and then speaking to my son, I finally got out of the house and got some things we needed, then came home to get things done here.  I pulled out all the ingredients to put together my breakfast casserole and with hubby's help on cheese shredding and beating eggs while I did other parts, we put together a wonderful casserole that turned out to be a yummy meal we both enjoy.  I also was seen hugging my hubby and dancing around the living room with Hubby to Jack Johnson music.

I hope you are safe and cared for.
I pray that you are healthy and taking care of yourself.
