Groceries, Onions, Errands and Masks

 How are you today?

Do you have strange ideas scroll through your mind late at night? I do and some of them end up here as a blog entry.

Last week when I went to the grocery store, I picked up several things including a small bag of yellow onions for recipes I wanted to make. I got home, put away the groceries and that night could not find the onions anywhere in the kitchen, or cupboard or even still in my car.  My best guess is that they got left in a bag at the check out or the bagger did not put them in the correct cart while he was bagging groceries. It bugged me for a few days but I never called or did anything about it, I just now call it the missing onion caper.

I often think of things I need to do the next day so I make a list the night before so I have an idea and something to trigger my memory the next day. Sometimes I get everything on the list accomplished and somedays I leave several things undone as the day goes on.

I have had a few days of just feeling plain exhausted and no energy and those type of days just wear me out doing the bare minimum. I am on the mend and feeling better.

I do much better if I stick to a routine.

Get up with the alarm clock

Take meds right away

Set up Breakfast and coffee

Have my praise music playing on my phone (Pandora App) - This keeps my mind on the right track !

However, If/When I oversleep, I feel behind the whole morning and it just drives me crazy internally to feel constantly behind like I am missing something.

I keep masks in my car, my church bag and now my purse because you never know which store, office or medical facility will require them. I don't mind wearing them, I just always pray my cough doesn't kick in while inside certain locations.

Take care, Have a wonderful day and don't forget the onions!
